How Can severe Chronic Vomiting Be Treated?

I have been vomiting profusely for an hour at first it was the food I had eaten, with each time, it would be with more force and was mostly light green and grey. I have had bouts of severe heartburn in the past week that would come suddenly. I have not had heartburn at all since it began about 3 months ago.

Hello Dear. a detailed work up is needed to know the cause for your vomiting. I suggest you to go to a gastro-enterologist. The doctor may first getan ultrasonography of the abdomen to know if there is any pathology. The doctor may also advice you to get CT scan and endoscopy if required. If everything turns out to be normal it may be just acid reflux and gastritis.

Right now i will suggest you few tips which you may need to follow on regular basis

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications without fail as prescribed by your doctor
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
6. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
7. Learn meditation techniques
8. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
